Studio Warranty & Professional Guarantees
This website and all preliminary consultation materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
For every contracted brand card website, our studio provides a comprehensive 90-Day Defect Warranty beginning on the official production launch date. We guarantee that all front-end markup, mobile dock behaviors, typographic clamps, and contact routing will perform without functional bugs or responsive defects across all major browsers (Chromium, Firefox, Safari, Edge) matching the approved delivery specifications. Any code defects identified within this window are corrected immediately at zero additional expense.
Exclusions: We do not warrant third-party hosting server downtime, domain registrar outages, unapproved client code modifications, or commercial revenue outcomes resulting from organic search index fluctuations.
Limitation of Studio Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Ace Valley Hub LLC, its lead designer Alexey Smirnov, and its contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from website use, operational downtime, or reliance upon preliminary estimates.
For contracted projects, our total cumulative liability arising from any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total fees actually received by Ace Valley Hub LLC under the specific client agreement during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Ace Valley Hub reserves the right to decline consultation requests or terminate client discussions at our professional discretion if project scopes conflict with our studio practice, involve unlawful products, or exhibit unprofessional conduct.
Procedures for terminating active client contracts—including milestone kill fees, unbilled hour settlements, and asset return protocols—are governed explicitly by the countersigned Studio Agreement executed at project kickoff.
Governing Law & Denver Jurisdiction
These commercial terms and any client agreements resulting from this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, legal controversy, or claim arising out of our web design services or these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado. Both parties waive rights to jury trial and agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis.
